Privacy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We understand our responsibilities to handle your personal data with care, to keep it secure and to comply with legal requirements (DSGVO, TKG 2003). The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide a clear explanation of when, why and how we collect and use personal data. We have designed it to be as user friendly as possible, and have labelled sections to make it easy for you to find the information that is most relevant to you.

Contact with us

We will collect information from you directly when you sign up on our website or email us directly. The information you have supplied to us will be saved on our server for six months. The information you have provided us with electronically will never be passed onto a third party without your permission. On acceptance of our terms and conditions your data, will be saved on our server for 7 years.

Cookies

Our website uses so called “Cookies”. We use cookies to ensure we give you the best service on our website. Cookies are not harmful and do not cause damage. Cookies are small files sent by web servers to your web browser, which are then stored by your web browsers. Many Cookies remain on your system until you have deleted them. Web Analysis

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis provider from the company Google Inc. (“Google”). The contract we have with Google is to analyse our website usage and produce reports showing our usage and activity. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about our website with the use of cookies, which are stored on users’ devices.

The information generated is used to create reports about the use of the website. Google will store and use this information for the purposes of analyzing data usage only. The information Google Analytics stores on its server regarding your IP address is not permitted to be used in conjunction with any other data Google possesses or passed onto a third party. The information Google stores are saved on their server in the USA. In case of activation of IP anonymization on the website your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the agreement on the European Economic Area. It is possible for you to turn off the cookies on your browser. Most browsers allow you to refuse or block cookies.
